Creation and latest-change attribution for up to 100 current entities; uses existing entity read permissions. createdActor/updatedActor carry the actor as data: kind is user, api_key, workflow, agent, system or none (the change predates activity tracking); new kinds may be added, treat unknown values as system. createdBy/updatedBy and the via strings are the legacy pre-rendered labels
